What is the warranty policy on Smith Optics products?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all eyewear and a limited warranty on helmets. This covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, but does not include normal wear and tear or scratched lenses.

How long does shipping take for sports gear?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your goggles or helmet before your next trip.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit properly?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

How should I clean and maintain my goggles?

Only use a microfiber bag or a soft cloth to clean the outer lens. Avoid touching the inner lens, as this can damage the anti-fog coating. Store your gear in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
