At Smith Optics, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your performance equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, including all tags, cases, and protective lens sleeves, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once the inspection is complete at our warehouse.
